theme problems 3.5

Couple of general theme problems i am having, maybe someone here can shed some light on them

1. No matter what i do or change, all threads split pages after only 10 replys (showthread template) Tried changing this option in my ADmin cp and also the User CP to no avail

2. I think this one is more a specific theme problem, but the theme switcher normally located in the bottom left corner doesn't work...at all

I'm running 3.5 RC2 so maybe these are perhaps bugs i shall be reporting later tonight

1. Seems to have to do with code modifications you have installed. Try using the default files and see if that fixes your problem.
