A counter that works good with vB?

Can someone help me find a counter that works good with vB.
Looking for a counter that can track ip's (members and guests)
what members are doing
track guests by ip's and what they looked at
who clicked on an out going link
what out side page they came from and any thing else you can think of.
we had a threat of a lawsuit against us and we need to track as much as we can.

Ok tried both, Don't have what I need.
Lets try this;
If I or someone adds a link in a thread/post to a outside site, How can I track who and/or a click count for that link?
