Real beginner

Hi everyone,

I would like to know how to put a colour gradiant which i made in Photo shop as a background colour for my forum tables. I am trying to make my forum pages the same colour to match my website pages but do not know where to start. I have loads more things i want changed but i need to start somewhere. Thank you for your time as this will be a real help to me.
