Only access a forum after "x" amounts of posts

I need this option for one of my forum. I set it so people need 100 posts to view it but once they get to 100 then stop posting on the forums. I need something that will let them into one of my forums only after they have made "x" amounts of posts in "x" amounts of hours.

Did you tried with vB function - Usergroup Promotions?

group 1 - can not access subforum xy
group 2 - can access subforum xy

after user from group 1 get post count xx he will be promoted to group 2

That will not work since the promotion don't count the number of posts made in the last X hours.
