how do i make the active users list show minature avatars (30x30 pixels), and only display the names if a user's mouse goes over the avatar? that is if they have an avatar... if they dont it should show their name then of course.

Hmm... that sounds like a cool idea. I'll tinker around with it and see what I can come up with.
