Only licensed vBulletin customers are allowed to download hacks. I also suggest that you delete the vBulletin files on your server as running them without a license is iilegal.

There is an Admin Control Panel demo at vBulletin.com you can try to test out the software, but using commercial software without paying for it is illegal. :)
