Pues mi problema es que no puedo hacer nada en el foro, siempre me sale esto:

Actually he's saying that he cant download anything for vb.org because an error message appears (the unlicensed text warning).

Here's my response to yeku in spanish, I hope it doesnt break the rules:

yeku: Necesitas comprar vBulletin en vbulletin.com y luego tendrás acceso a descargar la copia de vbulletin y acceder a los foros, donde podrás bajarte todos los mods/hacks que quieras.
Si no compras vBulletin, no podrás tener acceso a este foro, y por lo tanto, tampoco bajar archivos.
