Error message. Please help me!

I just installed the "Arcade" hack, and i checked over the coding 3 times and everything is right, but I keep getting this error message.

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './includes/functions_arcade.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/.jazzlefrazzle/globalmo/globalmotorsonline.com/forums/arcade.php on line 155

Please help me, i really want this program up and running on my board.
