font size for thread titles

this should be an easy one (I hope)---n00b questoin:

--HOW did adjust your font sizing of the THREAD TITLE (that appears on the forum home)?

--and the TEXT IN POSTS (as in the text im typing now)?

I think I've changed every font size in AdminCP>>>style manager>> MAIN CSS and don't see any changes.
Can anyone tell exactly which one I'm supposed to be changing?
