Adding a collapsable table

Unfortunately, I have no programming skills other than regular html. How do I add a collapsable table above or below the navbar?

I'd like it to use the same format as a regular category in the forums but with empty space below to enter my own text/images.

A collapsable table is just plain html (and a bit of JS). Look at the pagesource of your current page to see how it is done, or look in the templates.
