update notice in admincp

i have 3.0.7 right now and in my admincp, there is that box that tells me that there is a newer version 3.0.8. i dont want to upgrade and i dont want to look at that box everytime i go to my admincp. is there a way i can remove it?

i still dont see it and i tried to log on to see the file but i cant log in because it says that i dont have permissions. even though i have permission at www.vbulletin.com =/

o well i went into the index.php in the admincp folder and just commented out the upgrade lines. thanks for your help though
