Warning System ?

I saw on another forum that a moderator / administrator can give members a warning and after a certain amount of warnings the acount was suspended...

Is there something like this for V 3.5 ?

Usually it does, but the word warn or warning is in about every 2nd thread were ppl complaining about errors :D :D
