Where can we put Group Icon Images! for Groups?

thats for ranks. i use that for people who get like 100 posts, get 1 rank , people with 200 posts get 1 rank! i mean by default, like all mods get a group Icon logo under there name, that will say MOD, and VIP members, get a group icon that say VIP member! like that! where can i put that at
