Being new I'm probably asking an old question. I did a search but did not find what I was looking for.

I would like to have a timer added, that would allow unregister users or guest only XX minutes on my board then they would be bumped off. The next step would be their IP could only log in XX times before they had to register.

If I block a users IP, can they get into or read information from a search engine or spider?
