"Showing up as unlicenced"

Hi all,

I've just purchsed a full copy of vBulletin, many users on their forums advised I registered here for help/advice on mods/skins etc.
I've now registered here but still get the green unlicenced message at the top of the page, I've clicked the link and made sure that my email address is up to date but its still their which is stopping me from viewing attachments etc.
Not sure if this is the right place to post but can anyone help?

It can take some time, you are now showing up as licensed.
