View Full Version : Unable to save profile
When I try to modify my profile here (e.g. just changing the version of installed vb) I get an error message:
You have not completed all of the required fields: username, password, homepage and email address.

Did you fill out all the required fields?
Homepage is not a required field...username and password field is not viewable on this page. I just opened the profile and changed to vb-Version and hit save.
Tried now: Open profiles pages and just hit the "Edit Email&Password" Button - same error message.

Aye, I get the same problems. Posted about it a week ago: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=93448

Homepage is a required field when editing your profile, although it seems it's not required durring registration.
I can only replicate the problem when I don't enter something in the homepage field with a test account, otherwise everything works like it should :)

Then it shouldn't be in the "Optional Information" section :D
Either way, quite right - when I entered "none" in the homepage field, it lets me update the other details.
Thanks,
Alan.

Homepage is not a required field
According to the message you are getting it is required.
Tried to change my version, and it works nice for me.

"Works as designed" is not a good answer ;)

P.S.: Workaround: You can enter an invalid url to the homepage field. This will not be saved, but there will be no errormessage - but your new version info is saved.
