What is the difference between Threaded and Hybrid Options!

can someone post a pic or screenshot, or tell me whats the differences between those two modes?

The Thread Display Option; "Linear: Oldest first" and Linear : Newest First

Well, "Linear: Oldest first" shows Threads like they are being shown here by Default.
"Linear: Newest first" would show them in opposite Order: With the last Reply at Top, and the starting Post at Bottom.
