Thread title text formating

What do i do to get vb to allow thread titles to allow text formating?

I want to allow formatting like * PLEASE READ FIRST * to work in thread titles.

well i would settle for this only being seen in the forum with the other threads. i dont need it in the forum home or anywhere else.
