I am in the process of purchasing a new vbulletin board. It's going to be a place where mortgage brokers can post a loan scenario they have and wait for lenders to respond. However I want the subject to be like the following

If they are in the Loan Scenario Forum the would have to choose the following:

State Choose (List of States)
Fico Score
Occupancy Choose (Owner or Non-Owner)
Loan Purpose Choose (Purchase, Refinance, Refinance Cashout or Construction)

Loan Amount
Documentation Choose ( Full Stated, Bank Statement, No Doc, NINA)
LTV Ration% Thehy must enter a %
Company Name

All this information would fill out the Subject After the questions are answered.

Then after answering these questions they can post more details in the message section.

Is this possible? If so who would be willing to do it. I am going to purchase the board on Monday. Thanks

Yes it is possible. This would however require custom coding. Since this would be very specific for your board and cant be used somewhere else, i doubt that a coder would make this free of charge. If nobody responds, you might consider posting a request for payed work in the Service Request forum.

Couldn't you just use this hack:

Create a form to fill out and format the Post Output to the way you want it to look. This way no big modification is required.

I use this form Hack as a Form for Joining a Gaming Squad which then posts the player's request in the join forum and the members of the squad then post their remarks and such.

Give it a try.
