posting area settings

ok say if i wanted to post a copy of a page on here, and i were to do that, and when i paste it in this box im typing in now, it comes out exactly as i got it off the page i copied it from.

what setting is that? cuz when i copy and paste something into my box, it comes out all plan text, there is no images inside the typing field, so on.
