New type of "Sticky"

is it possible to make another field that is like a sticky and call it whatever i want?i would like to make a few of these

Why dont you just change what the sticky looks like...you can do anything to it :P...you might even be able to make a sticky an image..not sure though.

i dont want to get rid of sticky... i want to add more of them

I am not sure about that..I mean, I know how to change the look of a sticky..you might be able to pull a specific "text" each time..I am not sure.

for clarification

i want to have a new lable for threads.. just like i can lable a thread "sticky", "announcement", "poll" etc..... i want to able to add a new lable say called "Help"
how would i go about doing this
