Comma separator for reputation?

Does anyone know how to add this? Most of my members have over 1,000 points.

Yeah, that's what they said over at vBulletin.com but it's not true. A lot of my members' reputation looks like this: 10298382, 281893, 382272.

It's not a huge deal, I just think it'd look a little cleaner to incorporate separators but I'm too dumb to figure out how to do it myself :(.
