There has to be a better way!

I have 4 pages of Installed hacks dating back to vB 2.xx and I want to start again with new hacks. But to remove them all, I would have to go over one-by-one and uninstall.

Anyone agree..

I disagree, I have hacks still labeled as installed. Because I once did use them, and its the least I can do to show my support.

Hello,

I am in the same boat as Live Wire. There are a decent handful that I don't use anymore, but I did, so I have left them as support.

If you take it off your list then it will take away the number of installs from the coder/hacker....

Perhaps a better organisation of the feature could be introduced in the new hack database to show your installs from all vB versions:)

I'm 100% for supporting the great work and time people put into their hacks, don't get me wrong. However, I assumed the original intent of the Installed hacks was to easily track and keep records of hacks your board is currently using. When you have to pick over three versions of used hacks to find the ones your currently using, it loses the original intent. Perhaps a way to sort them out into folders like Subscriptions, or view 2.x / 3.x / 3.5x links would be more useful.

I think what we should suggest it just a way to sort them out..I seriously doubt that it would be hard...but hack db is #1 right now.
