Product - Add Phrases in different languages

When I export a product, only the master language is exported to XML-File.

How can I include other languages?

If this is true - how can I import a .xml-file with a few phrases in a different language into the existing language?

When I try to import it, vbulletin says "this language is already installed"...

You cannot add phrases for different languages in a Product XML.
However, you can supply additional Language XMLs for Translations:
