Let me just start by saying that the whole world wants this. So even if you're not a Brinnie fan, the community would love it.

Instead of saying you can/can't use HTML- or that you can/can't use BBCode, It would would be so much more ideal to have the individual tags at the administrators disposal.

In the current system, there is no way to dissable putting links in their signature without dissabling all HTML and BBCode. (Does that not sound a little drastic?)

And what about those users who just love font size 7? WOULDN'T IT BE GREAT TO MAKE THAT GO AWAY?

If it's not so much to ask, it would be nice to have it group permission based, but that can wait for a later release.

Thank you for stopping by my idea shop, come again!

Try putting a size 7 signature here at vb.org.

if i had my way, certain highly annoying huge blue and white signatures wouldn't be allowed either.

If Jelsoft made a slight change regarding parsing of Signatures (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=145842), this would be an easy Hack - unfortunately nobody except me seemed to be interested in this :(

It's actually a pretty big deal..... I was having alot of issues with this.... Finally I had to just give signatures to only a specific usergroup, but I ran the board with all links off for a few months.... I finally gave in.... I bet Jelsoft will do this in the next major version.... Text link marketing is something we all know about now and it is a major issue...

@Clasione: Look in his profile next time. :p https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?s=&threadid=74703

@Brinnie: You can hard code a specific font size for signatures. Like here at vB.org. You can't do that annoying font size here in your signature, unforchenetly they allow it inside there post for people like you. :p

What Mr Wire said. ;)

(Sorry to brinnie, as it's really not on-topic, but it would help you sleep at night, knowing those people's attempts at raping your PR are actually wasted)

Specially for Boofo: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=93780

:)

(I hadn't gotten around to it because I didn't want to have to make it a code mod. If it can be done as a plugin, anyone please tell me how).

If there is a way, as soon as Kirby sees the thread, we will find out if it can be done via a plug-in. ;).

And thank you, sir. ;)
