Changing main menu links

Guys I am VERY new to Vbulletin. How to I change or modify the main menu liks? I mean the menu with:

Usr CP
FAQ
SITE RULES
MEMBER LIST
NEW POSTS

I looked at the usr guide and can't find anything.
