Problem with Posting Interface

I am using 3.0.3 and suddenly I am having problems with the Posting Interface. Click on any of the interface buttons and all it does it reload the page, taking you back to the top. B, I, U, etc are not working, neither are the Font, Size or Color. You can pull them down, but nothing happens. It works in the PMs but not in the postings. I have standard editor enabled. My board is heavily modified. What can be causing this and how can I fix it?

without taking a look we are just guessing

check and make sure the javascript file is being added to the page
(compare your pm page with your postings page)

Actually, checking it out further, the posting interface is not working in PMs either. I am not sure what to look for to correct this.
