First off this is definately the wrong area..and I really have no idea what you are talking about, if you are talking about just a homepage try vbAdvanced or vBindex.

You will first have to purchase a license to run the vBulletin software on your domain. When you have purchased a license, you will then be allowed to download hacks / modifications from this site. There are a few portal software hacks released for the latest version of vBulletin. Which allow you to design your portal any way you wish with the use of HTML.

No matter how he was born, created, coded, the truth is.... we all run kier. If it wasn't for us, he would be broke and a waste of codes :). So in reality he was created by php and................ hosted by us?
