I don't know if I am posting in the correct forum if not sorry please move to correct forum.

I am creating a structure of 30-35 forums that will contain aproximatly 7,500-10,000+ subforums
I have all of my information contained in other formats, "excel, cdf, sdf pure text ect." my question is this.
Is there anyway to create my forums and sub forums without having to do each one manually?
I am beginning to get very tired fingers here lol

Is there a hack for this availible? or do I even need a hack?

I am using vb 3.0.7

To start with i would strongly suggest you to reconsider creating that many forums.

It would be a performance killer, and your members will not like it.

do you have any suggestions please?

i need that many forums for what we are doing, my board is music related (not downloads) we had 5000 forums, starting with a-z and then a seperate sub forum for each group or artist a different one for each about 2 years ago and took it down when we updated to 3.0 we are wanting to redo the biography/discography area due to demand we are a small private board with around 500 active members

Well i really suggest you find another solution for organizing things. vB3 is not really prepaired for such an amounts of forums. You might run into trouble with the datastore (where foruminfo is cached) for example.

If you really want this, you can pm me and i can do this for a small fee for you.
