I am a little confused about phrase types here...
There is a 0 and -1 types... Which one do I use when making an installer for my hack?
When I use 0, some phrases that are used in the admincp do not show up... But when I use -1, some user-front phrases do not show up... When do I use -1 and when do I use 0?
About settings: when I just add settings into the DB, they do not seem to exist until I got into the options admincp and save them. How can I save those settings right from the script? Thanks.
