I'm a fairly new vBulletin user and I just need to know how do I install a style I downloaded from here on vBulletin? Is there a certain directory I upload them into and have vbulletin install them...or what?

If you go to your ACP - Styles & Templates - Download/Upload, you'll see many options for 'uploading' a style. Just follow them, point to your .xml file in your computer, give it a name etc. and upload. Then upload all the images with the style to an appropriate directory.
