post pruning help (post title)

Is there a way to prune post titles with a hourly (cron) script. For example, I can see that the post titles are contained in the 'post' table. Is there a way to query every row in that table and remove the words 'Ipod' or 'Free', etc

I dont want to delete the whole post, just certain words.

Put them in the ban list.
