I have a custom logo...how can i make that when i move my cursor over it logo change ?

Should be pretty simple, you not got any html editors or graphics software??

So do you want your logo to change to soemthing else on rollover or what? Not sure why you would want to but people have their reasons!

when somebody puts a cursor over it i want it to change pisture to same but this one will glow ! How to make it ?

Download Dreamweaver. It will have this feature. You can even just use the trial version of Dreamweaver.
