Urgent problem, hope to get the way to correct

After I had installed the CMPS, I meet the follow error message
Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/tchinz05/public_html/global.php
Line: 682

If I restore the global.php to the original file, it is ok. When I installed the CMPS, I follow the totla manual provided by vBulletin, but do not know how to resolve this problem, please, please,please help me!!!!
