This may exist for 3.0.x, I'm not sure. But I'd like to see it for 3.5.x... I think that at least the plugins can be displayed somehow...

Kinda like a "credits" page.

I've always wanted a page that listed the hacks and mods I've tossed in just so I would feel like I'm giving something back to the authors by giving them props for their work. :)
