I very much like the seemingly random header image plus the spattered paint effect you use, but other than that, it's not very customized from a stock vB.

I really like the header image and the effect you have on the footer. :D But as filburt said, the rest looks very stock vB to me, and it kinda contradicts the edited headers and footers.
