Sorry, this user is protected from being altered in the config.php file by the $undeletableusers variable.

I just removed my self from the config.php file and re uploaded it but it still gives me the same error. Can anyone help me?

Thanks & Regards,
- MichaelJM

Are you userid=1? I'm not 100% sure if you can ever edit it as it's a "superadmin" account as defined in config.php.

I'm sure there has to be a way, but I've never tried it so I don't know. If you don't get help here it's a suitable question for vBulletin.com. :)

You could create a second username and give it complete admin rights and then add that user ID to the Superadmin line in the config.php file.

I think that's the way you have to do it. And then, switch it back if you want userid 1 to be a superadmin again. You can't leave it blank as at least one userid has to be a superadmin on your forums.
