2 Questions:
First, how do you change the colors on the Navbar and even give the bottom section a graphic background?

But the final big question is:
I am working on a theme that is based off the GPL licensed ClearLooks style for the Gnome Desktop System on Linux. This theme requires a unique header design. The top of a Gnome Desktop features a Macintosh like menu bar. I am trying to emulate by having a graphic to start it, then a tiled image that repeats the width of the ENTIRE board.

The header on the Smooth Blue theme is kinda a perfect example of what I want, but without the tabs and clouds, just that bar along the top.

This Color map reference (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/color_maps_intro) might help :)

Okay, now for the header, and getting a rid of that *very ugly* blue stuff. Would removing the "padding" line in the extra attributes help?
