See the space inbetween the bottom browser adress bar and the top of the header? How would i get rid of this so the header reaches the top? Thanks!

What happens if you change the margin in the body tag to:

margin: 0px 10px 10px 10px;

What margin in the body tag? What template is this in? Could i please have a code that i could use? I'm not the greatest with HTML.
