I have about 80000 in my vBulletin and when I want to send email for my client I send 500 email then I press next page and I Waite hours for that are there any code can refresh the page and can let it send after 10 second if not any one press in next page button

Try downloading the email addresses and using a newsletter software to manage the actual mailing list. I am sure others have better ideas but thats mine.
