View Full Version : Code button hack

Is anyone working on a button hack like on the UBB, I think mutt designed it, where you can enter code right from wordprocessor like buttons on the post/reply screens.

Similar to the auto code buttons on Infopoop's beta site

I've always thought that was the "ugliest" of the hacks. It makes the board look extremely cheap and dumb, in my opinion. And that flashing red "Submit" button? Geez, that has got to go!!

If something like this does get developed, please, please make it CLASSY LOOKING!

Yeah, it was clunky - I like the UBB infopop one better - the idea of smart buttons

That is kind of slick; a lot better than the hack version.

I worked with mutt to update the look and functionality and you can see the latest version here:

I am sure mutt would like any input on the design that you would have. I am working with him now to do something about the java script prompts and pop up's..
