No. But you can ask Erwin if he wants to port it or gives permissions for somebody else to port it.

I do not understand the point of this hack. Why not just write:
* Dream shows the /me hack?

I think it would be more useful if there was any special formatting, such as graphics or borders or anything else like that :)
