Thumbnails Not Working

Under attachment options, I have thumbnails enabled. Under server settings I have the GD thinger set to 2+ as it should be. Why's it not working? I've reset the counters too. >_>;

Already posted at vBulletin.com, but Steve said that everything should be working, and it possibly be the cause of my installed hacks.

does your server have gd2 installed? ie. does image verification work?

my image verification does not work, it was but not now. HELP

it was working with GD and I have not changed anything..
