Admin Cp menu Prob

OK I got a weird prob. When i click something in my admin CP menu it goes to the appropriate screen but then the menu disapears. The only way to get the menu back is to click back.

eg. I go into change something in a template, the template takes up the full screen and the menu is nolonger on the left side.

Any ideas whats going on? My guess is i've added something into the admincp index file which has made it go crazy. Just not sure on what did it.

What mods have you installed lately that have added a function to the ACP like a new link or something?

vb affiliates v2 i think was my latest addition. i dont recall any probs before it.

Did the problem occur straight after installing the mod? If so, it might be responsible. Otherwise, I don't really know what could be causing it. Maybe someone else has an idea?
