I'm suddenly appearing as unlicensed.? :surprised:

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To download hacks and get support you will need to go to this(or this for vBulletin-germany users) page and enter your email address, to show you are licensed. (you will need to use your customer number and password to access that page). If you are not the license owner, you have to ask the owner to add your email addy into that field for you. For further info, please read our FAQ page.I've checked my details, nothing has changed and all is present and correct.

Your mail is on a license that is still valid? Some changes have been made and you will not show as licensed anymore if it is on an expired leased license.

Yes, I have an owned license with member area access until Jan 7th '06.

The owner e-mail address is the exact same to what I use both here and at vbulletin.com, and I'm getting a similar message there..

Please click here to be able to post in the support forumsStrange..

Then please create a support ticket on this from the member area. I am sure they will sort it out fast.

I've just read a couple of the other threads around on both here and at vbulletin.com, and after clicking the "Save email addresses" button here (http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php), everything seems to have fixed itself.. :)

entex,

Change (just re-enter and press save) your mail address in your profile here on vb.org. If that don't work, please read teh following:

You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php) (vB-germany users click here (http://members.vbulletin-germany.com/membersupport_priority.php)) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. The update of your account may take up to one hour.

Thank you.

After that, a $35 (I think) renewal fee is required for a further year's access per year - if required.

You keep your access to the members area, you just can't download new versions from the members area when your license expires. :)

Hi,

I think its $30 a year, and I saw on one post somewhere that you will still be able to have access to the members area, and be able to download all the versions up to the date of the expiry of the year's access, it just you will not be able to download newer versions until you renew.

Member's area access does not expire and it never has. Even with an expired lease license you can access the member's area.

What expires on an owned license is upgrade privileges. On a leased license you also lose privilege to use the software in any form on expiration.

Jelsoft wouldn't make much money/profit if you got a license and were able to download new versions forever.
