Navigation Bar, Footer Modification

Hi,

I just made a script...this script runs outside the admincp Folder in another Folder...lets call it previews. In this previews folder I want to show the Vbulletin Navigation bar, the currently online user stats and the footer of VB.

How do I do this ?

if the file is vBpowered (includes the global.php)

then you can use Erwin's "users online on every page" as for the footer that will be in my default should you use the proper template calls.
