Reputation Hacks?

I'm wondering what type of reputation hacks are out there? Things that reward members for having a High Reputation and Discipline those with a Low. We use thief so a few members have a low Reputation. I know if a person has a High Reputation it's harder to get stolen from. But I'm wondering what else is out there ..

I did a Search but I really couldn't find anything like this :) Just wondering what everyone else does or if I'm missing something *lol*
