Can you explain what you want? Posts are sorted by date by default.

well each time someone makes a new post to the topic it moves it to the top, i want it to stay where it was, like if i have something 2months old and someone replies to it, i dont want it moving to the first page at the top, i want it on the 2nd page or whereever it was

As far as I know, there are no hacks to change this behavior.
