Too many account

I got a member creating 62 accounts from a variety of ip@ under the same university network. Is there anything I can do to block such user. Right now, I blocked his entire university network. Other people accessing from his university will not be able to access my website. Is there a better solution than this one.

Wrong forum.

BUT You can enable email activation on the forum, also enable the "one email / one account" option. Hopefully he'll be too lazy than to create multiple email accounts.

Then of course you could block the free accounts like yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc. to make it even more of a hassle for him to mess with you.
