I have a couple of questions and this seems to be the only place I can post.

I am currently running Ubbthreads 6.5.1.1, PhotoPost, Review Post, and Classifieds. I am looking to convert to VB. I did some read some post about conversions. I have only about 500 users but I hate to loose them. Also I notice this site is running a portal front end, I would like to include this too.

Suggestions ? I would like to get started on this conversion.

There are convertors available from Jelsoft at vbulletin.com member area (access after pruchase). You can however already look in the Import System forum at vbulletin.com/forum, which is a dedicated for to the ImpEx scripts used to convert to vBulletin. In the top of that forumsection you will find a post with a list of all conversions currently supported.

Other questions about the possible conversion you can ask in the Pre-Sales section of vBulletin.com. In general there will only be conversions supported from an unhacked source bulletin board system, into qa standard vBulletin Board.

Portals like you find here in the vbulletin.org frontpage, are thirdparty addons. The official support site for vBulltin will not support modification or addons. This board here however, which is an official Jelsoft affiliate site, does handle all modifications and addons.

Please browse through our list of modifications to find what you need, you will find a comprehensive list of frontpage modfications in our 'Portal' forum.

Got it installed.. Very easy.. I tried their importer. and it worked but the forums are all mixed up..

Nice to see you made the decission to go with vB.

What do you mean with mixed up? If you mean they are out of order, you can simply change that in your AdminCP->Forum Manager.
